1. Services and Scheduling
- Estimates and Quotes: All online, text, or over-the-phone quotes
provided via our website are non-binding estimates based on the initial
information provided by the client. Final pricing is determined on-site after a
physical inspection of the items or property. - Access to Property: The client must ensure safe, clear, and legal
access to the property and items scheduled for removal, cleanup, or service. - Hazardous Materials: ProFi Property Solutions, LLC does not remove
hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, biohazards,
asbestos, propane tanks, or volatile substances. The client warrants that no
such materials are included in the service request.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Rates: Pricing is determined by the volume of material removed,
labor required, disposal fees, and the specific service requirements. - Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the
service unless prior written commercial credit or B2B billing terms have been
established. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital
payment methods. - Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for
cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may
be subject to a standard cancellation fee.
3. Liability and Property Damage
- ProFi Property Solutions, LLC is fully insured and exercises the utmost care while
performing services on residential and commercial properties. - We are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or damage
resulting from moving unstable or poorly manufactured items at the client’s
request. - Any claims for property damage caused during service must be submitted in writing
within 48 hours of service completion.
4. Intellectual Property

of ProFi Property Solutions, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and
trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this material is strictly

5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal
actions arising from these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in
Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes
take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our
